Ordering an Interview

To order a Sales Talent Interview (often referred to as the Advertising Sales Interview or the ASI) or a Profit Center Manager Interview (PCMI), email our talent department at interview@CSScenter.com 

Include the following information:

1. Your name:
2. Your company and market:
3. Name of the individual to be interviewed:
4. Are they an internal candidate or from outside the company:
5. Are you ordering a Sales Talent Interview or Profit Center Manager Interview:
6. The job the individual is interviewing for (salesperson, sales manager, etc.):
7. Tell us if this is for Coaching (the person is in the job already and you want the assessment to help development them further) or for Selection (this will help you determine if they are the right person to select for this job):
8. That individual’s contact information (email and phone)
9. The names of all people who should receive the interview results

 Typical turnaround time is 1 to 3 days—less if truly urgent.
