 Dave serves as the Webmaster and Technical Support Manager for The Center for Sales Strategy. He is responsible for maintaining a dynamic website, keeping our online learning programs operating properly, and responding to client's online learning support requests. Dave is also on the online learning team, assisting in the development of our online resources. Dave's background includes a broad industry perspective on operations and information systems. He has led the design, development and implementation of many web based and "first use" retail technologies.More about Dave... Dave served as a Training Support Manager for Stream Global Services Prior to joining CSS in July of 2001. He was responsible for interviewing candidates, presenting a training program on strategy, operational plan, and CRM software. While attending college, Dave formed Obvious Solutions, LLC and worked as an independent computer consultant and a licensed reseller of Peachtree accounting software. After graduating with a degree in Computer Science and emphasis in programming, Dave served as an Operations Manager in Indianapolis for Catalina Marketing Corporation – a global leader in behavior-based marketing solutions and consumer-driven print communication. Dave was responsible for completing the rollout installation of CMC's Point-of-Scan (POS) system, recruiting, training and outsourcing. Dave relocated to Chicago and served as the Data Warehouse Production Manager, managing the development of CMC’s multi-terabyte data warehouse. Additionally, Dave presented Catalina's Checkout Coupon® system during the FMI conferences held annually at Chicago’s McCormick Place. Dave relocated with Catalina's Corporate Office (Anaheim) to St. Petersburg and served as the Director of Product Support and Retail Network Analyst where he was instrumental in the core development of the historical targeting programs and the first sophisticated online coupon delivery system. Dave lives in Tampa with his wife Debra. They are the proud parents of 2 children; son Bryan recently graduated from college and manages the NAPA Distribution Center in Fort Wayne. Daughter Alexis is a gifted cellist, artist and honor roll student attending a magnet high school on special assignment through the performing arts. |
