| Sophie Fry, VP/Senior Consultant | Clients and colleagues often turn to Sophie because she is particularly effective at understanding and solving problems and has a unique ability for customizing solutions. Facilitating workshops and seminars is one of her strengths. Sophie was instrumental in developing several of our sales and management programs. Her true love is getting into a sales organization and working one on one with sellers, managers and senior management to help them find ways to improve performance. Her ability to connect with the people enables her to maximize the potential of a sales organization.More about Sophie... Sophie joined The Center for Sales Strategy in 2004 after nearly twenty years in sales and management where she'd always been part of top revenue-generating teams. Sophie's skills and experience are with media sales where she has worked with radio, television, newspaper and cable sales organizations. Her focus is on revenue growth through talent selection and talent development by utilizing proven systems and improving efficiencies through sales structure reengineering.
Sophie graduated with a BA from The University of Toledo. Three years later, she was promoted to Sales Manager, then General Manager, and has managed multiple properties ever since. Early on, Sophie proved to be the kind of manager we’d all like to work for—one who doesn’t so much demand hard work as make us really want (and love) to work hard in her organization.
