Demrie Henry, Performance Consultant
Three words that best describe Demrie are driven, passionate and goal-oriented.  She believes strongly in the notion “begin with the end in mind” and relies on that approach to develop strategy with measurable tactical programs for her clients.  She possesses an entrepreneurial attitude that promotes and encourages innovative thinking across all operational, marketing and sales departments.   Demrie joined The Centerfor Sales Strategy in 2010 as a Performance Consultant; she works closely with B2B clients on strategies to develop talent, training and tactics to create and sustain high performance.

It has been said that Demrie has “an uncanny ability to communicate across all silos on a diversified work environment. She's team oriented and a great thought leader.”  She consistently demonstrates her belief in the power of collaboration and the value of thoughtful communication to convey truth and encourage participation.  She is naturally curious and equally solution-oriented, both traits transcend into her approach to develop strategy and systems to increase efficiencies and amplify performance for our clients.
  
Prior to joining the company, Demrie created and developed both the marketing strategy and sales platform for HealthyPortfolio.com.  She served as the Chief Marketing Officer for a financial firm in Dallas where she also led the marketing and sales operations for the an affiliate real estate and construction company.  Her passion for developing sales strategy and sales training began with a 10 year career in advertising sales, where she was trained on the solution-based-selling tactics created by The Center for Sales Strategy. 

Demrie led the integrated sales efforts of over 70 account executives as the NTR Director for CBS Radio.  She pioneered the Integrated Marketing Executive sales position at Susquehanna and was recognized on 5 different occasions for hitting the next million dollar benchmark in sales revenue.  Demrie graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 1996 and received the Price College of Business Entrepreneurial Award that same year. 
 
Demrie loves comedy, and especially enjoys laughing with her husband Heath and her three boys, Guy, Quinn and Briggs.  She is an avid runner, list maker and sports enthusiast.  She always cheers for The Sooners and wishes she could sing and play the guitar - at the same time.
