The Marketing Mind



In The Marketing Mind workshop, participants learn to apply Marketing Sensibility, Strategy and Sophistication to help their Clients get better Results. Results will lead to Renewals and, if you work it, Referrals.

The Marketing Mind is a highly interactive workshop that will get sellers’ creative juices flowing!

How we spend our time!

This one-day program brings the Marketing Strategy Model to life with Marketing Brilliance, Blunder and Blur stories and Consumer Trends that affect how consumers respond to ads. The group will also analyze client campaigns to determine if the Strategy and Tactic used in the ads are solid.

With the lessons learned from these important marketing concepts fresh on their minds, sellers work on accounts they are currently calling on. Sellers will be preparing for an upcoming needs analysis meeting, using things they learn from the various Consumer Trends presentations to prompt their thinking.

Additionally, for a few accounts where good needs analysis work has already happened, the group will brainstorm solutions. Each sales department will receive a BrainStorming Kit with fun tools and stimuli, as well as a BrainStorming for Hot Ideas Handbook for running their own BrainStorming sessions.

In addition to preparing for an upcoming CNA, sellers will work on the next step for a prospect they are already working with. Each participant will bring a copy of a Needs Analysis Record so they can determine if they have been applying smart marketing to their work-to-date.

Who should come?

The program is ideal for Sales Managers, Sellers, and anyone who is involved in writing and producing commercials. Please note that we work on live accounts for most of the workshop; it’s better not to have sellers who call on the same accounts present.

Be sure to prepare...

Both Sales Managers and Sellers have important advance assignments. For the program to be successful, these must be completed prior to the workshop.
