How to Subscribe

Published and distributed to clients monthly since 1984, The Sales Edge went digital in August 2007. There are two ways clients can grab every new Edge article that’s published…

Email

Beginning in August 2007, Edge articles will pop right up in your email Inbox (if you are a client). The only thing you must do to ensure you’re on the email distribution list is be a registered user of CSScenter.com. If you don’t currently have a username and password for the site, go there now and register. It’s free for all CSS clients. If you prefer not to receive CSS Sales Edge emails, just go to "My Profile" when you sign in and select "Unsubscribe" in your user profile. You’ll retain your username and password, you just won’t get the Edge emails. Why would someone choose not to get these emails? They might prefer RSS

RSS

Some of you may be totally familiar with RSS… for others, this might be your first exposure to a relatively new Web-based distribution system. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. Think of it as similar to subscribing to a newspaper or magazine, except that the publisher or distributor doesn’t even know who the subscribers are. RSS feeds are available at a particular URL (Web address); if you wish to subscribe to a particular feed, you simply add that URL to the list of selected feeds in your RSS Reader.

There are numerous RSS Readers available out there, but to make it really simple for you, we’ve created a clients-only CSS RSS Reader. Here you can subscribe to The Sales Edge RSS feed and other useful CSS-suggested feeds with a check box subscription. We’ve amassed forty or so of what we consider to be some of the best feeds for the media sales professional—think of it as your own personal business news room. And you can even make it your browser's homepage if you’d like. Check it out!

Of course, any RSS Reader will work; but if you’re not currently using a particular reader, we encourage you to give the CSS RSS Reader a try.
