CSS has long taken pride in its extraordinary client-renewal rate. CSS Consultants work closely with their client companies on a day-to-day basis. To make this depth of commitment possible, CSS has always maintained a low consultant-to-client ratio and we continue to limit the growth of our client roster. We get to know our clients' organizations and people very well, so when they call with tough or challenging problems, we can offer help based on intimate knowledge of the individuals and the environment.

Below we share with you our entire client list. Now, a word about client lists. Usually, they fall into one of two categories. Either it's a 'sanitized' list comprising only those who the company feels certain will say nice things. Or it goes the other way, including every Tom, Dick, and Harriet the boss ever had a cup of coffee with at any time in the last 15 years. Our list is different. It's what you would hope it to be: it includes every current client and no former clients.
